Food

All of the Clam Festival food booths are managed by Yarmouth-based, non-profit organizations. Each year these non-profit groups work all year to bring you some of the best Festival Food this side of the Mason-Dixon line.

School booster groups, churches, and civic groups from Town volunteer so many hours to fund their programs for the year. When you buy Festival food, you are making a donation to a well-deserving non-profit group.

In 2022, one ton of French fries were fried, 2,300 lemons were squeezed, 864 steak and cheese sandwiches and 655 sausage sandwiches were served, 2,175 fried doughs were sugared up, 2,331 servings of steak tips were enjoyed, 5,800 Lime Rickeys quenched thirsty festivalgoers, and a record-breaking 217 gallons of clams were cleaned, breaded and cooked!
